The Tama drum, from West Africa, is known as the "talking drum." Its pitch can be synchronized to mimic the tone and pattern of human speech.

ProjecTAMA Works!

During the 2018-2019 school year, 100% of ProjecTAMA participants moved up at least one reading level. 67% of students with special needs received a 3 on the 2018-2019 State ELA Exam and 70% of the general education population score a 3 or above.

We are building multiple forms of wealth. As human developers, we understand that in order to help cultivate and develop a child the approach has to be mindful and nurturing. It is the reason why we teach through frameworks. Through these frameworks we are not only cultivating a learner but a “whole” being. All of this is done through love and kindness.
