Brother Diaman

Diaman is a graduate of Cazenovia College with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security. In college, Diaman served as a Counselor with LaGuardia Community College’s Upward Bound Program assisting first generational high school students with their studies. He worked with the Red Hook Community Justice Center as a Case Manager empowering youth through positive peer pressure. In 2012, Diaman acquired a master’s in Public Administration with a specialization in Policy and Law Administration at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Working within the Criminal Justice System, Diaman realized he could become more impactful in transforming the lives of children through education. Currently, Diaman is a Senior Associate-Lead Teacher at Ember Charter School for Mindful Education with 7 years of teaching experience and the founder of ProjecTAMA.  He received a dual master’s in Childhood and Special Education at Relay Graduate School of Education. Diaman is Dual Certified in New York State to teach Sped and General Education to Grades 1-6.
